Grateful Geek: Something New

It has been a couple of weeks since my last GG post, and believe you me, it’s not because I don’t have things to be grateful for.

Between work, apartment-hunting and filling up on the World Cup, there seems to be time for little else.

But all of that doesn’t mean that this little digital homestead of mine hasn’t been on my mind. I love this space! As seems to happen every year around this time, I’ve been thinking about what I want to put out there in the world and where musings & moments fits into my life.

For that reason, I wanted to transform this space bit-by-bit. A fresh, new, lighter look (like it?) to match the kind of short, sweet and thoughtful posts I want to be writing.

Thank you for your continued readership and I look forward to sharing more of my scribbles with you!

This week, I’m also lovin’:

Good omens + the bloom of something(s) new and renewed vision + morning meetings + a Private Park + long city walks in the sun and something notable around every corner + the sweet shade of Madison Avenue + fresh garlic buns, homemade mac ‘n’ cheese,  papaya chunks and banana soy smoothies (not together!) + all things J.K. Rowling + reading marathons that indulge my inner true-blue bookworm + Kelsey Grammar as Boss + the adventures of Hiccup and Toothless + the perfect summertime sounds of  “Random Access Memories” and “Ultraviolence” + subdued sophistication of the Astor Row Palermo and how Everything’s Coming Up Roses + light dresses caught swaying in a breeze + World Cup semifinal matches and snippets of Wimbledon + Pinterest-surfing and inspiration-hunting + Operation Find-a-Home + iMessage conversations with my BFF + laughter and bear hugs from my hubby
